Subtitles

We are committed to provide subtitles to programmes on 4Music. Programmes that are subtitled contain the [S] symbol in the electronic programme guide and on the TV Listings page of 4Music.com The word ‘Subtitles’ also appears over the continuity announcements introducing the programme.

We have made significant investments in the last 12 months to ensure that your favourite music programmes, such as the UK Hot 40 and Big Beats Charts are subtitled from first transmission. As well as music shows, you’ll also have no trouble ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ or following the ‘Fonejacker’.

We also ensure all new music videos added to 4Music contain subtitles, including the VIP Track of the Week.

How do I turn on subtitles?
