Fresh from making the shortlist of the BBC Sound of 2010, the very feisty Daisy Dares You is getting us very excited indeed thanks to her new single Number One Enemy.
In fact, we love it so much that we just had to make it our latest VIP track, so keep a look out for it all this week on 4Music.
If you're not clued up on Daisy just yet, here's the five essential facts that you need to know:
1. She was born and bred in Essex and is just sixteen years old.
2. Far from being just a pretty face, she's also a singer, songwriter, producer and plays loads of instruments. Oh, and she still finds time to study for her GCSEs!
3. Her new single features rapper of the moment Chipmunk but don't let that fool you - this is quite a departure from his usual style of music.
4. Returning the favour, Daisy will be heading out on the road with Chipmunk across the UK this February, with dates in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Glasgow to name but a few.
5. Her Myspace page lists a huge range of influences, listing everyone from Lily Allen to er... Lou Reed, so expect her music to be a bit of a mixed bag!
