2008 was arguably the best year yet for the X Factor.
Alexandra Burke (winner) and JLS (runners up) have already scored four No.1 hits between them and now Diana Vickers, who came fourth, is preparing to launch her own bid for pop domination. (We've conveniently forgotten to mention Eoghan Quigg as, well... did you hear his album?!)
Once is the first single to be taken from her forthcoming debut album Songs From The Tainted Cherry Tree, which is due for release in May. It's a genre-straddling, power pop anthem that showcases her unmistakeable voice. Oh, and there's not a claw in sight in the ultra glam video...
