The incomparable Kelis is busy readying her return to the charts!
The US singer, who shot to fame at the beginning of the Noughties with her girl power anthem Caught Out There (the one where she screams 'I hate you so much right now!'), has signed a new record deal with Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am's label and will release her first album in four years on May 17th.
Flesh Tone is her fifth studio set and will be preceded a week earlier by the single Acapella, which was produced by in-demand French DJ David Guetta. The track has already been a smash Stateside, topping the Billboard Dance charts and it's now poised to do the same here in the UK.
In other news, we're hearing that new mum Kelis is also writing her own cookbook... well, she did call her third album Tasty after all!
