When we heard Timbaland was hard at work on a follow-up to his multi-platinum selling Shock Value album, we thought there was no way he could match the list of guests who helped him out last time round. How wrong we were.

The imaginatively titled Shock Value II boasts an even more impressive set of collaborators, from old friends Nelly Furtado, Justin Timberlake and Keri Hilson to some of the biggest names in pop today, including teen pop princess Miley Cyrus and I Kissed A Girl singer, Katy Perry.

Rock band The Fray, rap newcomer Drake and R&B singer, Brandy will also appear on the album, which is due for release on November 23rd.

Speaking about the album, the in-demand producer, who's also recently produced tracks for both Madonna and Shakira, said: "I'm really proud of the calibre of artists on this album and all the work they put into making it a success. I can promise that no one has ever hear Katy Perry, The Fray, or Brandy sound like this before."

"It's exciting because not only am I giving fans the best of me on each track, I'm giving them a glimpse of their favourite artist in a completely different light."

The first single from the album has been confirmed as Morning After Dark, which features Canadian songstress Nelly Furtado and up-and-coming French singer-songwriter SoShy.
