Chloë thinks teenage relationships are tough
Chloë Grace Moretz goes to Julianne Moore for relationship advice.
The 16-year-old actress stars in upcoming movie Carrie alongside the Hollywood star.
The pair grew close on set, with the 52-year-old becoming a confidant whom Chloë would discuss matters of the heart with.
"You can’t just like someone. They might be using you," she discussed with UK InStyle magazine about the prospect of falling in love. "I talk to Julianne about it and she says, ‘Look, just be careful. Trust your judgement but don’t get in too deep sometimes.’
"Because, you know, when you’re young, you fall in love and don’t know it’s happening.”
Although she is unsure about relationships, the teenager is confident about her career.
Chloë is best known for her role in hit movie franchise Kick-Ass, as the cool crime fighter character Hit-Girl.
She's been handling her own business meetings with Hollywood executives since she was 15.
“What have I got to be intimidated about? I talk to Donna [Langley, co-chair of Universal Pictures] or someone like that, and they’re like, ‘We’d love to do stuff with you. I’ll tell you our slate, tell us what you’re interested in,'" she explained.
In the June issue of GQ magazine, Chloë's Kick-Ass 2 co-star Christopher Mintz-Plasse revealed her more typical teenage traits.
Christopher, 24, teased that her music choices are the only indication of her true age.
