The singer answers our questions and faces some embarrassing challenges in this exclusive interview

You may not know Marlon Roudette yet, but chances are you will very soon. His heartfelt new single, New Age, has been a huge hit across Europe - going to No 1 in Germany, Austria and Switzerland - and now the singer is ready to conquer the UK charts as well.

Roudette was born in London, but spent most of his youth growing up in the Caribbean paradise of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. After moving back to London as an adult, he started British hip-hop soul duo Mattafix - who scored a big hit in 2005 with Big City Life - before ultimately going it alone.

We wanted to get to know the real Marlon Roudette, so fashioned a custom game of Roudette Roulette for him.

Watch below as he navigates through our questions and challenges, revealing his most embarrassing date ever, performing an air-guitar cover of Lana Del Rey and attempting a freestyle rap - what a good sport he is. As he sings in New Age, it seems he's "loving the pain".
