The JLS boys have being showing off their charitable side today by launching their own foundation, as well as a 'Just Love Safe' range of branded condoms.
The initiative, which began after they discussed the idea in an interview with The Sun newspaper, will see each of the boys releasing their own packet of condoms in the usual JLS colours.
All profits from the campaign, which the band hope will raise awareness of safer sex, will go to the JLS Foundation, a charity which was set up by the boys to benefit a number of good causes across the UK.
The group told a press conference in London this morning that they saw it as their opportunity to give something back. JB explained: "It's really a chance for us to tackle of some of the issues which we feel are pertinent within our society and use our influence and our status as role models to help change and help influence some of the behaviour that's going on (at the moment)."
The boys even extended the invitation to X Factor pals Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole to get involved in the campaign.
Ortisé said: "We absolutely encourage anybody that wants to help promote this message, so if Cheryl wants to come along and help promote this message... Or Simon. The more the merrier!"
He added: "Mr Simon Cowell, we're here promoting safe sex, just love safe, join forces with us... give us a call today!"
The 'Just Love Safe' range will be available in supermarkets throughout the UK in the next couple of weeks.
