For anyone who's ever been passed over for the wrong reasons, Cee Lo Green's new track is ultra-relatable. That's probably why, as soon as F*** You dropped online, the unofficial video garnered over a million views on YouTube before anyone could make an official video for it. Even 50 Cent got in on the action and made (an inferior) remix of the song.
Lucky for us, Cee Lo (of Gnarls Barkley) got right on it and made this dazzling video, which is sure to be a hit. Of course, we cant show the original version on TV (at least not in daytime!) so we've got the tame version, entitled Forget You, here for you to watch. But let's not let the profanity distract us from the actual content. The video is awesome not only does it echo the heartbreak of unrequited love, this upbeat R&B track is super catchy. I often find myself singing. "Being in love withcho ass aint cheap."
The video itself is fun to watch, with the ever-entertaining American diner theme, several smiling patrons and some very cute backup singers. Cee Lo himself is full of charisma and pleads a good case for ousting golddiggers everywhere.
