Is she trying to steal Madonna's thunder?
All pop lovers can seem to talk about at the moment is the return of the Queen of Pop. With Gaga having ruled the roost for the last two years, it doesn't look like she's planning on giving up the throne without a fight.
Lady Gaga has revealed that the stage design for her forthcoming Born This Way tour will be unveiled next week - the week Madonna's comeback single Gimme All Your Luvin' takes on the charts. This is despite previously saying she would reveal the stage in "in the next few weeks".
Writing on Twitter this morning, the day Madonna premieres her new music video, Gaga teased that she is set to release her tour plans and design ideas on Tuesday, February :
"Will tweet the new stage on tuesday. Putting the setlist together! :)"
Madonna has already accused the Mother Monster of being "reductive" for supposedly basing single Born This Way on her classic Express Yourself.
Gaga hasn't confirmed dates for the upcoming tour yet, but it is expected to take place later this year. Madge is also set to tour in 2012 to promote new album MDNA. Could the two popstars find themselves battling it out for the 02?
