NaNaNiii! We hear that congratulations are in order for N-Dubz, who have apparently signed a lucrative US record deal.
According to The Sun, Dappy, Fazer and Tulisa have put pen to paper on a five album deal with the legendary Island Def Jam label and will be working on new material with top producers including Dr Luke (Sugababes, Miley Cyrus) and Jim Jonsin (Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy).
In a statement, Max Gousse, senior vice-president of A&R for the label said: "I signed N-Dubz because they're great entertainers and speak to London's youth unlike any other band. We want to bring their message to the rest of the world."
In other N-Dubz news, their new single We Dance On will be released on May 24th. The track, which is a collaboration with dance producers Bodyrox, is featured in the eagerly anticipated movie Street Dance 3D and the band were in attendance for the film's London premiere last week. As you can see from the picture above, Dappy didn't exactly dress up for the occasion. Tsk tsk!
