Plus sister Kourtney delivers Kris a low blow
Kim Kardashian opened up about her divorce with Kris Humphries, and revealed that he is claiming she defrauded him.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star appeared on America's Letterman show with sister Kourtney, where she was asked about the details of her current annulment case.
Speaking to Kim, host David Letterman joked: "Kris Humphies, you're still married to him. And when are you going to wrap that up?"
A glowing Kim - who is currently pregnant with her first child with rapper boyfriend Kanye West - laughed and explained that her ex is claiming she defrauded him in order to get an annulment.

"Well, I'm trying and it's a process, but I've been trying over two years to wrap it up, but it's hard," she revealed.
The reality star added: "The only legal way to get an annulment is if fraud is involved, so that's what's tricky. So he's suing me for annulment based on the fact that I frauded him into marrying him for publicity."
Soon after, her feisty sister Kourtney quipped: "But I think if she was going to do it for publicity, she'd pick someone that people knew".
Ouch Kourt. She sure knows how to sting. The audience found it pretty funny though.
Kim filed for divorce from Kris Humpries back in November 2011 after only 72 days of marriage.
Though there are reports of Kimye planning a commitment ceremony, Kim has said that she's in no rush to marry Kanye properly as their unborn baby is their first priority.
