See the singer sizzling in her bikini
Cher Lloyd graces the cover of US magazine, Inked, this month.
Posing in a bikini and showing off her many tattoos, Cher sizzles on the sand. The cover photo itself sees the singer draped across the bonnet of a car wearing the same pink 50s-inspired two piece.
In the accompanying interview, Cher opens up about her tattoos, talks about some of their meanings and warns young people not to rush into getting one.
Cher got her very first inking at the tender age of 16, and now has approximately 20 tattoos on her body.
She told them: “I was probably the first person in my year to get one. At the time the tattoo artist said to me that people wouldn’t employ me because I had a tattoo on my hand, but I still did it, because I had this crazy thought in my head that I wasn’t going to do anything but be a performer anyway.”

Two tattoos in particular have a special place in her heart. The birdcage on her left arm and a bird on her right arm, remind her of an Uncle she was close to that has now sadly passed away.
She revealed: “I remember growing up my uncle always had birds, and I thought that it would be interesting to do something different other than getting his name tattooed on me. I thought there was something special about leaving the cage door open and having the bird fly out the other side.”
However, Cher is keen to advise young people to think carefully before having a tattoo.
Cher says to talk it over with parents or guardians first: “It’s up to an individual to choose when they want to get a tattoo – and if you’re under the age – you should discuss it with your parents like I did.”
Oh, and the singer did talk a little bit about her new album and change in sound.
She disclosed: “I feel like I’m taking a risk this time around, stepping away from the previous sound. I think it will be a bit of a shock for some people!”
