Haven't we heard it before, Lana?
Having weathered a backlash from fans and critics alike, Lana Del Rey went on to prove them all wrong with her No 1 album Born to Die. Is she in for another mauling though by releasing the same single twice?
Blue Jeans is to be the third single to be released from the album, and will be available on April 8th. However, the track was already a double A-side with debut track Video Games.
Though the single will be bundled with new remixes courtesy of Blood Orange and Kris Menace, fans may be wondering why nine of the other remaining unreleased album tracks weren't put forward.
Lana Del Rey was savaged for her live SNL performance and supposedly manufactured persona. However, the singer got back on top when her highly-anticipated album went to No 1 on the iTunes album chart in 19 countries, and is now certified platinum in the UK, France, Germany and Ireland. Lana also won Best International Newcomer at the Brit Awards 2012.
Could Blue Jeans see a return of fortune, or will fans like the track enough to buy it a second time?
