Attention budding fashion designers
Two different styles, but two stylish ladies are teaming up to work on a TV show together in a search for British fashion talent.
It's reported that Rihanna has asked Nicola Roberts to front her new TV programme which aims to find a designer to make an outfit for her appearance at the Wireless Festival in the summer.
It'll be a challenge for any budding designer as the singer is well-known for her love of revealing outfits which have sometimes shocked the public (remember her X Factor performance in 2010?). RiRi will be co-producing the project and making appearances every now and again on the show.
She said: "I've always had a great love of fashion. It's a constant source of inspiration and is a big reason why I've grown into the artist I am today.
"I am excited to follow the journey of our aspiring contestants and see how their individuality influences their efforts."
The 'contestants' will be set a number of tasks to design outfits for celebrities and musicians over the course of the 10 week series. The winner will gain the exposure of thousands of people seeing their creation worn by the superstar singer.
Girls Aloud singer Nicola was obviously delighted to be asked to host the programme saying: "I was so flattered when she asked me to work with her on this show. I'm so excited for us to get started on finding a new up and coming British designer who just needs a chance, a little bit of help in getting their skills noticed."
