JLS
In February, JLS blew the budget on computer generated video effects and guest star rapper Tinie Temaph, for Top 10 smash Eyes Wide Shut. They spent the rest of the year recording their third album and we're very glad they did! Vote for JLS.
The Wanted
Last March the boys were showed their funny side and did their bit for charity. Yes, it was red noses all round in the video for their official Comic Relief single Gold Forever. The lads spent the middle section of the year working on their second album, and their hard work paid off when Glad You Came hit number one in July. Vote for The Wanted.
Black Eyed Peas
The band spent most of 2011 on a massive would tour – the Brazil leg of which is shown in the Don’t Stop The Party video. Do they ever sleep?! Vote for the Black Eyed Peas.
Take That
Everyone’s favourite 90s boy-band turned noughties man band Take That had an amazing 12 months. After bringing Robbie Williams back to release their first single as a five piece in 15 years, the boys came back with The Flood, hit the number two spot, and the rest is ... Progress! Vote for Take That.
Maroon 5
After Adam Levine got a job as judge on US talent show The Voice and got matey with fellow judge Xtina, they recorded a duet and created one of the biggest chart hits of the year, hitting number one in 10 countries world wide. Vote for Maroon 5.
LMFAO
This group's Party Rock Anthem was undoubtedly one of the biggest hits of 2011. We were massive fans of the single and it was big enough to grab them a nom for Best Group! Vote for LMFAO.
One Direction
They might have lost to Matt Cardle on last year's X Factor, but they're certainly looking like winners now! On finishing they show they signed a £2 million record contract and made their debut album. The lads' first single rocketed straight to number one. Vote for One Direction.
The Saturdays
The band have managed to keep themselves in the headlines, with Rochelle’s on-again/off-again relationship with Marvin from JLS, and Una announcing her pregnancy in September. They've also made some great music! Vote for The Saturdays.
N-Dubz
N-Dubz toured the UK on a massive 22 date tour in April and May, and played what was rumoured to be their last ever gig on September 18th. With Dappy and Tulisa embarking on bright solo efforts, who knows what's in store for the Camden trio? Vote for N-Dubz.
McFly
McFly embarked on a mammoth 27-date world tour in 2011, taking them to Spain, Japan, Brazil and Argentina. Add to that Harry joining this year’s cast of Strictly Come Dancing competitors, and you can be sure that these boys aren’t going anywhere. Vote for McFly.
