You now grant to Channel 4 (and third parties authorised by the same) a worldwide, irrevocable license (for the full period of any rights in your image), for the purposes of running the “4Music’s Hot Santa!” competition or subsequent competitions, to use, display, publish, reproduce, exhibit, show, transmit, copy, broadcast, exploit, make derivative works and/or podcasts from, edit, alter, store, re-format, sell and sub-license your image without liability or acknowledgement to you and you hereby unconditionally and irrevocably give all necessary consents and waivers (including without limitation in respect of any moral rights and performers rights) for such purposes.
2. You agree that Channel 4 (and third parties authorised by the same) are entitled to issue publicity in relation to your image, in conjunction with the “4Music’s Hot Santa!” competition, and/or any material, service or programme in which your image may be included, and for such purposes to use and reproduce your name, age, likeness and photograph.

You confirm that you are the sole author/owner of the image and own all rights in and to the same and are able to grant the rights granted hereunder, that you have obtained all necessary consents and waivers from any person appearing in your image and that all information provided by you is true.
